CEAs again

The ball keeps rolling in the direction I have previously predicted, and frankly advocated. And also as I have previously predicted the rank & file of Consultants are making very little protest.
Perhaps I will change the name of the site to Dr Nostradamus.

    PS Of course Mrs Dr A's copy of BMA News, which I perused over the w/end, was telling me that:

    "Doctors leaders have condemned 'antagonistic' cuts to schemes that reward consultants for excellence."

    I agree with Dr Zorro. Consultants should not be tempted with carrots or beaten with sticks. Their salaries can feed a family or two and keep them warm. Scrap CEA’s completely. Just keep the Nobel Prize for the few consultants that truly deserve it!
