This is meant as a criticism of the USA, but remember when the UK was the same?  See the parallels here to see how low the UK has sunk

    A Saudi student had told me once in Saudi Arabia the government gives a small fortune to each student after graduations ( ?high drop out rates despite free education ) beside the monthly allowance. The lesson to America then is they can enslave it's people without back breaking students by debts
